We are looking for experienced cocktail bartenders to join us for bar shift work for events at The Mowbray. We are a small, independently owned family business offering the chance to be a part of a busy, passionate and creative team who host daily events and hospitality experiences.
This is the perfect role for anyone who has a great passion for food, cocktails and hospitality with a clear understanding and enjoyment of this industry.
You must be hard working, well versed in set up, break down of a bar, line cleaning and have a great knowledge of making cocktails, mixology, spirits and drinks.
We're looking for social, creative individuals with experience behind the bar who are looking to get busy and join a great team.
Our events span from private dining to weddings and sell out supper clubs.
Working as part of The Mowbray and The Chimney House Events Team is social, busy, bustling and exciting and we offer career progression for those who are looking to take the role further.
You must be available in the evenings and at the weekends for lunch or evening service for Private Dining, Events and Weddings.
We are looking for great personalities, hard workers - people with a passion for food, service, events and a desire to be part of something great with a friendly, innovative and creative team.
This is a shift based role - let us know how many hours you'd like - anything up to 40 hours a week
We're also looking to bring the right person through to Team Leader - with higher rates of pay.
