About You
All about coffee! You must have a true passion about all things coffee, make great coffee and be able to speak confidently and knowledgeably about coffee to help us further Mow's as a destination for speciality coffee...
We are looking for an authentic people person! You must be able to talk to anyone at anytime! You must be warm, friendly, engaging and able to make everyone feel welcome - your customer service must be second to none!
You must have experience of working in a fast paced speciality coffee shop and will be happy and confident working solo or as part of a team with a 'customer first' attitude.
We're looking for a capable, calm, positive and confident multitasker who can take instruction and be an enthusiastic fast learner!
The Role
This is a great opportunity to work with speciality coffee and to learn and work alongside a passionate team
We all wear multiple hats at Mow's - so you'll learn everything we know from the coffee machine, running hot and cold drinks, preparing sweet and savoury food, serving customers at both the street hatch, inside of Mow's and the courtyard.
You'll be trained to use the till and will know our coffee, machine, drinks and food menu inside out.
You must be comfortable and confident in a busy cafe environment, cool and calm under pressure and enjoy talking about what we do with each and every customer that walks through our door.
You will eventually be trained to key holder status and will be quickly brought up to speed in set up and breakdown of Mow's.
Enthusiasm and high standards are an absolute must - and as we look to open our second site - there are brilliant opportunities to join the Mow's family in a larger capacity with plenty of involvement in the operations, creativity and vibe of both sites.
You must have at least 2 years speciality coffee experience - we will spend a lot of time with you - bringing you up to speed on the full menu and Mow's coffee training will be provided.
You must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
