Our events span from private dining to weddings and sell out supper clubs hosted in three restored historic buildings in Neepsend and Kelham Island - The Mowbray, The Chimney House and The Victoria - coming online Summer 2024)
About You
We're looking for social, creative individuals with experience behind the bar who are looking to get busy and join a great team - you must be confident in talking about brands, drinks and cocktails and able to have good rapport with customers. You will be expected to take a lead role on the bar - maximising potential at all times.

This is a great role for a talented and experienced bartender looking to take a step up to Head Bartender. You must have a minimum of 2 years proven experience working at a high standard behind the bar.

Set up / Break down of a bar / good knowledge of spirits and drinks and proven experience of making cocktails to an exceptionally high standard
You must have good product knowledge and be excited to talk to our guests about this

You must be available in the evenings and at the weekends for lunch or evening service for Private Dining, Events and Weddings.

Contracted 30 hours per week - Salary: £27,000 pro rata plus performance related bonus
